Today, we will have an E-Learning Class Meeting at 1:00 pm. I will teach you how to add information to the Works Cited page of your research project. We will also sort our Word Study words, so please have a pencil and notebook ready!

Reading and Writing (45 minutes)

Your E-Learning meeting today will be 20 minutes. We will talk about your research projects.

For 25 minutes:

  • Continue to work on your research project. Your research project can be found in “Classwork” in our E-Learning Google Classroom.
  • If your writing is done, you can begin to add pictures by following the instructions in our E-Learning Google Classroom.
  • If your research project is complete, read any genre of your choice. You can read a book that you already have, or you can read or listen to a book from the Barley Sheaf Library website.

Math (45 minutes)

  • Sign in to the Pearson Realize (now called Savvas Realize) website. In the category “Assignments,” watch the “Lesson 13-6 Visual Another Look Video.”
  • On workbook page 707, complete “Homework & Practice,” #1-8.
  • You can use the Pearson Math Tools to help you by choosing “Fractions” and “Fraction Strips.”
  • Then, check your work with the “Lesson 13-6 ‘Homework & Practice’ Answer Key” in our Math Google Classroom.
  • Complete the “Lesson 13-6 Practice Buddy” on the Pearson Realize (now called Savvas Realize) website.
