MSHSSCA Coaches Clinic Demonstrator Waiver & Information
Each August the Minnesota State High School Soccer Coaches Association (MSHSSCA) hosts a Coaches Clinic for soccer coaches from around the state. In order to conduct the field sessions, our presenters often need players to demonstrate. Players will get the chance to work with and learn from high quality coaches from Minnesota and around the country.

The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) has given permission for high school SENIORS to participate, if both the player and parents sign a waiver form. This is an online version of that form. It is also suggested that the high school coach be informed.

Players need to check in at National Sports Center (NSC) in Blaine by 7:45 AM on Friday, August 9, 2019. Players should expect to be on the field from 7:45 AM until 2:00 PM. We typically have up to 50 players, so the physical demands are not overwhelming. Multiple sessions will be devoted specifically to goalkeeping; we need keepers for those and for many of the field sessions. Lunch will be served to the players.

Players should bring spikes and must wear shin guards. It would be suitable to wear soccer attire with a high school name on it. Coach Crissy Makela from Mankato West will be in charge of taking care of the players during the entire day.

Additional questions should be directed to Clinic Coordinator Greg Juba at 651-260-1048 or
