Parent Media and Technology Survey

We at PPS have partnered with Common Sense Media to bring you useful and practical information about kids' media lives. This survey will help Portage Public Schools better understand what media issues matter to you most so that we can offer information that will be interesting and helpful.

The survey will only take 5-10 minutes.

    Instructions

You may have children at different ages with very different media habits. If you have more than one child who attends Portage Public Schools, please complete a separate survey for each child, or as many of your children as you wish. Think of what is true for just the child you are filling out the form for when answering the survey. Your responses to this survey are anonymous and confidential.
