THE TRAINING NEEDS IDENTIFICATION IN THE FIELD OF LEADERSHIP IN SUSTAINABILITY

This questionnaire is a part of a marketing exploratory research that aims to identify the training/learning needs in the field of Leadership in Sustainability - Sustainability Management.

The research objective is to identify the way to support organization leaders and employees to understand the strategic implications of sustainability and to develop innovative and creative approaches (leadership behavior in sustainability).

The target group for this survey consists of managers and employees from different organizations which are involved in improvement activities related to sustainable Products/Services.

The research results will be used to design a training and European certification program aligned to your expressed needs/requirements and adapted to your organizations particularities. Training will lead to advanced understanding of management processes and strategic approaches of a sustainable business, aiding and create enthusiasm and innovative organizational behavior by taking into account economic, environmental and social aspects (key issues in sustainable organizational development).

We intend to develop this program through international cooperation, using the experiences and knowledge of certain trainers with extensive expertise in the field. Also, the exploratory marketing research aims to define a target group that will benefit from this program of professional skills development.
