Final Year Review
Congratulations on an amazing year of music! This is our final chance to look back at our concert, and the year as a whole.
I am so proud of the progress you have made and the work that you have put in this year. I am honored to work with such a talented group of students, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a great year.
This assessment will be similar to the other reviews we have done, but it will include questions about the year as a whole. I appreciate all of your insights and thoughts in order to continue to improve our ensembles and the entire music program here at SeDoMoCha.
You are the music program, and all of the wonderful things we've accomplished this year would not be possible without you.
Keep in mind, this is a graded assignment. Please be neat, use correct punctuation and write thoughtful answers. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and as long as it is stated clearly and supported with specific details your input will help our group improve!
The questions that require a 1-4 answer will be as follows: (4-Always, 3-Most of the time, 2-Some of the time, and 1-Never)
Name (Last Name, First Name)
What was your favorite moment of the chorus this year? Why?
Which song was your favorite song to perform this year?

Looking back at this year, what are you most proud of in chorus? Please say something that you are personally proud of, and something that you are proud of with the ensemble.

I would like you to put some serious thought into answering the following question. Why do you sing?
Are you planning on being a member of SeDoMoCha Singers next year? Or are you participating in FA's choir next year?
No, thank you.
If you chose "No, thank you" in the above question please list the reason why. If you selected "Yes!" in the question above please write "N/A" in this answer.
