A class that encourages kids to move but also inspires a healthy & active lifestyle. Kids will learn basic tumbling skills, Yoga poses & focus on functional form that is designed to be a foundation. It’s a class with personal attention and care. The emphasis is not on the fastest or best. Instead we focus on building self-confidence & strength through a balance of learning and playing together.
