Flowz Up Advocacy Sign Up
This form is for youth 13 to 18 who are interested in joining our Flowz Up Advocacy Co-Hort. This program runs from February to December 2026. We have 10 spots available and will be holding Information Sessions on Saturday January 24th and Saturday January 31st at My Voice Music 8911 SE Stark St from 3 PM to 4 PM both days. 

Flowz Up Advocacy is a goals based program where youth have an opportunity to develop self advocacy skills and create a pathway to purpose. Preference will be given to BIPOC youth and those that live East of 82nd in Portland.
