CONFIRMATION OF EXHIBITOR SPACE:
Your space is confirmed when 50% down payment is received upon contract signing.

Balance due by 5th January 2024
Full payment is required after 1st March 2024

LOADING IN / OUT:
Exhibitor preparation is from 12.00noon - 9.00pm on Saturday 23rd March 2024
Exhibitor removal is from 7.30pm on Sunday 24th March 2024
