CONFIRMATION OF EXHIBITOR SPACE:
Your space is confirmed when 50% down payment is received upon contract signing by 30th September 2023 NEW BOOKINGS after 30th September FULL payment is required.

LOADING IN / OUT:
Exhibitor preparation is from 12.00noon - 9.00pm on Saturday 23rd March 2024
Exhibitor removal is from 7.30pm on Sunday 24th March 2024

PAYMENT: information will be attached to the invoice.
