Eligibility. The HoustonTX Snacks Final Four Ball drawing is open to legal US residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. VOID where prohibited by law. Drawing Sponsor is Victory Snacks located at 2500 Central Parkway, Unit V, Houston, TX 77092. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees and any entity involved in the administration or fulfillment of prizes, including immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Entry period. Eligible entries will be accepted from April 21 2025 at 12am ET until June 30 2025 at 11:59pm ET at which time the prizewinner will be randomly drawn.
How to enter. You will automatically be entered with purchase (as detailed on https://houstontxsnacks.com/). To enter without purchase complete the below entry form and follow instructions to electronically complete and submit entry form for drawing. You will be asked for basic contact information - name, address, phone, email. You must complete all required fields to be eligible. This drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the University of Houston. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Entry limitations. One entry per purchase and/or one entry per person per email address per 24 hour period. No third party entry, robotic entry or sweepstakes service entry permitted.
Prize. One (1) signed Houston Cougar basketball.
Drawing. Winner will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries at Sponsor's place of business. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions, and interpretations on all matters relating to the Drawing and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated the rules, gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent means. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Official Rules, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be determined in a separate random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will notify the winner by email and phone within seventy-two (72) hours of selection. Failure to make contact may result in disqualification. If winner does not accept prize within ten (10) days, or if prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
