How to create an ideal work-life balance in 4 weeks.

Overview:
This course will give you tips, techniques and tools on how to create your ideal work-life balance.
You'll learn how to:
- spot and tackle overwhelm before it becomes a problem; 
- say no assertively, and gain control over your time; 
- create positive boundaries in order to spend time how you want to and; 
- bring this positive mindset into the workplace.
You will be provided with a checklist to use during and after the course to ensure time for yourself.

Who's it for:
The course is aimed at people who are struggling with their work-life balance and feel at a crossroads. You want to progress in your life and look after your wellbeing. The course is applicable to new and established managers, as well as parents and participants who are child-free.

Timings:
TBA (4 week programme)

Online element:
The course will be run in a private Facebook group, with live videos (available for catch-up) and worksheets. There will also be a weekly video call for all participants to join in and ask questions.
