General Information
Electricity is available for FOOD MERCHANTS only.

Primitive camping is available on site for tents and RV's (Limited 110 amp plug ins and water hookups available)
Additional Fee for Camping on site during the week.

ALL Merchants must have insurance with a minimum of $1,000.000/occurrence and General Aggregate of $2,000,000

Verbiage for Underwriter:
"Washington Renaissance Arts and Education Society, Oregon Renaissance Faire, and the Clackamas County Fair & Event Center and their agents, officers, employees, and servants are made additional insureds. ” June 8, 9-10, 15, 16-17, 2018.

REFUND POLICY: Full refund can be requested up to 60 days before Faire - April 9, 2018 in writing via email or letter to the Merchant Coordinator. After that date there is NO refund and all fees paid become property of the Washington Renaissance Arts & Education Society.

Fees per Weekend
Merchant - 15' x 15' space $225 + $10/linear foot of frontage after first 15 feet.

Roving Merchant - $75.00 Must have mobile set up that moves every 30 minutes. There is a limited number of Roving merchants allowed.

Kiosk/Cart - 8'x8' space (including tie downs/awnings) $115

Food Merchant - 15' x 15' space $325 + $10/linear foot of frontage after first 15 feet.

Electricity - 110 amp - $25/weekend (Food Merchants ONLY)

Camping between weekends (Monday - Thursday) - $18/night/tent/RV without hookups
