Rental Conditions
WNWYC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. The Renter accepts full responsibility for any such liability that may occur to them, members of their group, or any guest while on the property.
In consideration for the rental of the church for an event, WNWYC requires Renter to make a $50 deposit to reserve the date. Your date will be added to the calendar once payment is received. Payment of the remaining rental fee balance is due, in full, the day of the event. In the event the Renter needs to cancel, the deposit will be returned if cancelled seven days prior to the scheduled event.

Rental Fees:
> $275 WNWYC Member - Full use of Fellowship Hall & Sanctuary (if needed) : Member must be HOSTING event - Family & friends of member not eligible for Member Rate.
> $425 WNWYC Non Member - Full use of Fellowship Hall & Sanctuary (if needed) : Applies to person(s) hosting event that does not attend regularly to WNWYC.
>Tables & Chairs $50 - Applies to All

Following the event, a WNWYC Representative will assess the facility to determine if additional charges are required for clean up or damage to the facility.
Alcohol & smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings. Renter is responsible for ensuring guests follow this rule. *Smoking is permitted outside - away from entrances. Cigarettes MUST be disposed of in designated receptacles.
Decorations must be fastened using Command hooks/strips. No wire, nails, screws, tacks or tape may be used.
Facility rental does not include plasticware, napkins, cups or plates. Renter must provide these items for the event.
The Kitchen is a “warming kitchen” and not to be used for cooking. Only the equipment listed in the rental agreement can be used. Kitchen equipment available to Renter are as follows: Work surfaces, Ovens, Refrigerator, Sink, Ice Machine, Coffee Pot, Designated: Warmers, Platters, Pans, Bowls, Serving Utensils. Electrical Outlets, Tables & Chairs
Cleaning supplies will be provided for Renter to use: Trash bags, Vacuum, Broom, Mop & Cleaning solutions.
Renter agrees to return facilities to it's initial condition by following the below list:
1. Clean up & dispose of trash properly (dumpster located on concrete slab outside Hall doors)
2. All decorations removed
3. Tables & Chairs wiped down & back to original layout
4. Carpet & Tile Floors swept/vacuumed
5. All used kitchen equipment cleaned and put back in its original place.
