This form is for all our members, who, at any point feel like they need to get something off their chest or want to reach our for support or resources. This form will be overlooked by our Welfare Officers and here you can express any concerns or personal issues you are dealing with at the moment. These issues can be anything from general university stress to heavier matters, and the form is completely anonymous unless you leave your contact details at the end.
Please use this form if you would like to:
- submit something anonymous, such as an experience within the club (good or bad)
- be contacted by a Welfare Officer, whether that is just to chat via socials/emails, receive support resources (such as mental health resources), or arrange a proper Welfare Coffee to chat about anything that is on your mind.
- vent or get something off your chest anonymously
If you do not feel comfortable with reaching out to your Welfare Officers, and you are dealing with an issue that you believe concerns the club or should be resolved by the committee, you can also contact our President or Secretary at the following emails:
President: Emerence Sepulchre - captain-weightlifting@gusa.gla.ac.uk
Secretary: Thomas Arthur - secretary-weightlifting@gusa.gla.ac.uk
Keep in mind, if you answer this anonymously we will not be able to contact you for further information or to give you resources, so if you choose option 2,3, or 4, please provide a way to contact you, such as your student email.
