frank 2023 - Recess & frank discussion proposal
We still have a few spaces left for recess sessions! 

We are seeking your proposals for facilitators of small group sessions during the gathering. Do you, your collaborators or your organization have lessons that others can learn from in applying concepts of public interest communications? Have an issue or a topic that you'd like to discuss or explore with fellow franksters? Want to organize a session around a challenge, a focus or a cause? 

We are planning four windows of 1-hour small group discussion and learning sessions that frank participants may opt to choose from either in person or online on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the gathering. These sessions can fit into our larger theme of The Long View or be related to a contemporary challenge.

Sessions will be curated and selected from these nominations and other suggestions. We are seeking sessions that can lead to action or have clear learning objectives for participants. Sessions that are interactive, collaborative and represent the diversity of experiences of the frank community will be prioritized. 

Each selected session will receive a $250 discount on their registration. If you've already registered, you will receive this as a refund.

(Please note, due to technical limitations of many of our Recess & frank discussion locations, sessions will strictly be either for in-person participants or online participants. We are unable to accomodate hybrid sessions.)
