Feelings of deep distress about the climate crisis, ongoing genocides, systemic injustices and political upheaval are rational responses to the irrational circumstances we find ourselves in.

Aware that our mental health and the world that we're apart of are inextricably interconnected, I am starting to offer online intersectional therapy groups. Please fill out the form below if you are interested - there is no commitment to participate! I will send out options for dates in the next few weeks and at that point you can sign up if you are still interested.

These groups will bring 5-8 people together every other week for a 50 minute session via secure video chat. My intention is to offer a space that allows for you to bring whatever is most alive for you and to co-create a process of collective healing amidst the group. We will focus on 'process' over 'content,' meaning that rather than discussing politics or philosophy, we will explore the emotions and somatic experiences that are present for us and how to navigate them.

These groups operate on a pay-what-you-can model with a suggested base offering of $20 per group session. If you have a higher income, please consider paying between $20-40 and if you have a lower income, please feel free to pay between $5-20 per session.

These groups are open to people in the UK, many countries in the EU and any other countries that allow it. Please list your country below and I can reach out to determine if we can work together. For people in the US, I am currently only allowed to work with people who are residents of KY, VA, VT and FL at this time. If you're living in another state, please feel free to fill out the form and indicate that state. If there is enough interest, I can explore licensing options in different states.

I am committed to ensuring that the space is inclusive, affirming and culturally sensitive. Please only sign up if you are open and committed to entering into collective healing with people who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ.
