Our financial aid is strictly need-based. We provide financial assistance forexpenses directly related to the conference, including deductions in registrationprice, waiver of the transportation fee, free meal tickets, or waiver of the deposit.Hotels are booked by schools individually, so we cannot offer direct assistance withthat cost. We have partnered with one hotel to receive a reduced price for lodgingfor a small number of rooms, so those rooms will be allotted based on thisapplication. Due to the nature of hotel bookings, these rooms need to be finalized assoon as possible, so they will be apportioned on a first come, first served basisaccording to need.
In order to be considered for financial aid, all applications must be submitted andthe delegation fee must be paid by February 9, 2018. Financial aid will be awardedon a rolling basis. If a school must drop out because the aid offered by CMUNC isnot sufficient, all conference fees will be fully refunded, except the school fee, whichcan be considered an application cost.

Note: Faculty advisors and delegates in tandem can fill out applications, but onlyone application per school should be submitted. All information will be treatedwith utmost confidentiality and will be used only for financial aid purposes.
