Mission: YouthQuake Live exists to partner with our community to inspire young people to fulfill their God-given destiny through life-changing entertainment. All cast members must…

● Be in 8th through 12th grade during the upcoming school year
● Be at least 13 years old by August 1st
● Complete the YQL Cast Placement Process (see below)

The YQL Cast Placement: All cast members are required to complete YQL Cast Experience, including:

● Step 1 - Registration & Registration Fee ($25 Online or at Cast Placement)
● Step 2 - Cast Placement (Interview and Audition)
● Step 3 - Cast Retreat (by invitation only)

Step 1 - Registration: You may apply for YQL by…

● Mailing a paper registration to: P.O. Box 2384 Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32004 by May 13th
● Completing this online application and the required signatures page by May 19th


Step 2 - Cast Placement (interviews and auditions) will be on Saturday, May 20th at Redeemer Church (190 S Roscoe Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl 32082) from 1:00pm-4:00pm. All registers must attend the entire 3 hours. (Returning cast in drama or tech are not required to come unless they have taken a year off and are coming back.) Ministry Group Selection: All cast members must select from the following ministry options…
DRAMA TEAM: Create and perform in skits, human videos, videos, etc. For your Cast Placement you will rotate through different stations to do different acting exercises.

TECH TEAM: Work behind the scenes and help with lights, sound, cameras, stage setup, creating props and videos, social media, photography, etc. For your Cast Placement Interview on May 20th, please be prepared to chat with us about what you are interested in tech-wise.

DANCE TEAM: For your Cast Placement Audition, please wear modest clothing, including a leotard, tights, dance pants, and t-shirt. Please note that while we have many exceptional dancers who audition for the dance team, there are limited spots available for this part of the YQL team. Please prepare a 30-second choreographed piece to the song of your choice.

WORSHIP TEAM: We are auditioning for musicians and singers. Please note that while we have many exceptional musicians and vocalists who audition for the worship team, there are limited spots available for this part of the YQL team. For your Cast Placement Audition, please prepare your part to TWO songs on the playlist in the link provided. Vocalists should also prepare for melody AND harmony (low, high, or both) for songs chosen. Please have part of the audition process prepared for both songs by May 20th ( Cast Placement ). Cast Sponsorship
As a non-profit, all of our funds are donations-based, 25% of which are provided by cast sponsorship tuition to help gather the resources necessary to maintain an organization like YouthQuake Live, which includes 130+ cast members, interns/leaders, and volunteers helping to run our events.  We encourage cast members to treat this like a mission trip and fundraising as a part of this process, since we consider YQL students reaching their own generation as a local mission field. WE WILL NOT TURN AWAY ANY CAST MEMBERS FOR FINANCIAL CONCERNS!

Cast Registration Fee:This Year there is a $25 Registration Fee. This counts toward your cast sponsorship. Please bring a check made out to YouthQuake Live to Cast Placement or Pay Online at https://secure.qgiv.com/for/you
