Adriana's Saints and Angels Transport Only Application
  This is a transport application only.  If you want to foster or adopt please fill out the foster and adoption application.  These questions are designed to help us ensure you can carry an animal safely for your transport leg.

 TRANSPORTERS - This is for those who want to help with transportation of animals from out of state to our care or from our care to an out of state approved foster home. We do sometimes do transport chains which means each person drives around 100 miles each to the next leg of transport. Transporters that do full trips (ex: Illinois to Oklahoma) are paid actual cost of gas and tolls, sometimes hotel will also be provided depending on length of transport. Transport chains pay the costs of their individual legs.

Do you understand that these are giant rescue dogs.  Their skill sets may be questionable or unknown.  We will provide proper tools as needed. *
Will you follow all safety precautions that we put in place?  This will include always keeping the leash on the animal so they cannot escape and practicing safe handling skills in busy areas.  This may vary from animal to animal, but some animals will need muzzles, some will need to be crated in the car, some will not be able to touch grass in public places, etc. *
Please list two emergency contacts.  Note: we may speak to at least one of your emergency contacts before approving the application. *
Do you understand that before you are able to transport we will need a picture of your drivers license? *
Do you understand that transporting helps bring dogs to fosters or adopters?  This means that being on time to designated locations is critical. *
Do you understand that communication with the transport staff member is critical? *
