Mission Partner Application Form
“To mobilize the people and resources of Lakeside Church, into God-centered service of compassionate evangelism.” 

The Lakeside Church Mission Team has a responsibility to the Elders Board and the membership of Lakeside Church to ensure mission partners align with this statement.


The Lakeside Church Mission Team wants to encourage brothers and sisters in Christ or Christian Agencies who wish to serve our Lord through missions outreach work with financial support. A partner is defined as a person who receives funding for the purpose of personal income and an Agency is defined as an organization that receives funding for the purpose in delivering its specific mission mandate. A maximum of 2 persons representing the same agency will be supported. Please note that the Lakeside Church Mission Team policy is to sponsor a partner/agency for a period of 5 years after which support will be reviewed on an annual basis based upon the direction the team is led by the Holy Spirit.

If you qualify for and are successful in receiving funding from Lakeside Church Missions Team, you will be required to submit an Annual Update. This update will invite information related to your accomplishments, activities and financial need. The form is accessible on our website and will be due by May 31st each year.
