Listening for the Seeds of ARC’s Future: Gathering for Story, Reflection, and Connection
Following the October 2025 sale of the land & lodge that came under ARC's stewardship 50 years ago, the ARC Board is working alongside a Transition Task Force to listen for the next expression of ARC's mission of spiritual renewal.
As facilitators and members of ARC's Transition Task Force, Winton Boyd and Amy Chatelaine will host a series of Listening Circles August 2026. These gatherings (one in-person, one online) represent one of several channels in ARC's Season of Listening. Here's what you can expect:- 2-hour gathering (one in the Twin Cities, one in Cambridge, one online)
- lightly-facilitated listening circles, to invite story-telling, reflection, and connection among those whose lives have been impacted by ARC across 50 years
- light refreshments
- follow-up communications from the ARC Board, distilling what we've heard and how that will inform ARC's legacy

Winton has a decades-long relationship with ARC, as a community member, board member, and supporter. He’s also a facilitator with the Center for Courage & Renewal.
Amy’s time at ARC as a young adult inspired her vocation in the contemplative arts. She previously worked with On Being, and currently with Episcopal House of Prayer.
