Loaner Bike Request Form
This is a form where you can submit your request to receive assistance from the team in the form of a loaner bike for the season.  It is expected that if you receive a loaner bike, you will be present at 80% of team practices and participate in all your races.  If you are an adult and receiving a loaner to participate in weekly team practice, your attendance of 80% is also required.
