KHJN Trans Health Surgical Grant Application
The Trans Health Advocacy Program, a part of Kentucky Health Justice Network, is accepting applications to support Trans Kentuckians seeking gender affirming surgeries. The maximum grant amount is $2,500

The only requirement for eligibility funding is that you have completed a consultation with a surgeon and are a KY resident,  but the more information you can provide, the better, so if you will get more information before the cycle ends, hold off on submitting until you do. 

Again please hold off on applying if you will have more information (surgical date, insurance, etc) before 5/25, you will have a much greater chance of getting the grant with more information.
