St. Paul's Church STEAM/PLAE Summer Program Enrollment Form
Please complete this form in full. Once we have received your information, we will send an enrollment package to your email. Once you have completed the documents, please send them to STPAULSPSP@gmail.com. 

The program costs $200 per week, and the e-transfer information can be found below. Please make sure you indicate which child/children you are paying for in the e-transfer from your bank. 

This program is for children that will be 5-12 years of age this summer. The program runs from 8am 4:30pm. You can get more information on our website: https://www.stpaulsonthecommon.com/summer

We have added additional provisional care for parents that work. We will offer care from 8-9 am before the program begins and then care again from 3-4:30 pm or a bit later if needed after the program ends. If you would like additional care from 8:00-9:00 am and then from 3:00 to 4:30 pm, we can arrange for one of our staff to provide this care for what it costs for their salary per hour divided by the number of students interested. The cost will be determined in early June, and parents will be informed before the program begins. The fee per week will be nominal. Please let us know what your personal needs are below.
