Penrith District Netball Association invites your Association to participate in our Junior Rep Carnival for 11 Years Development Squads, and for 12, 13, 14 and 15 Years teams, to be held on: Sunday 25th March, 2018Jamison Park Netball Complex corner Batt Street and York Road South Penrith commencing at 8.30am

The Carnival will be conducted in accordance with Netball NSW ‘Grading Policy and Procedures & Rules for Championships and Competitions (As approved at NNSW Meeting Nov 2017). Where possible games will be in a round-robin format, with no semi-final or finals being played, ie the winning team will be ‘first-past-the-post’. Trophies will be awarded to winners and runners-up in 11 Years divisions only.
No late entries will be accepted. Teams withdrawing from the Carnival after the closing date will be subject to a fine as per NNSW rules.
Each team must supply a scorer and an umpire (preferably badged) who is capable of umpiring that game. Umpires must wear white or playing uniform.
A qualified sports physiotherapist will be in attendance at the Carnival. No injury time will be played.
No disputes will be entered into.
Canteen and barbecue facilities will be available on the day. Off-street parking is available.
In the event of inclement weather, your Association’s wet weather contact (as nominated on the entry form) will be contacted as soon as possible after a decision is made to cancel the Carnival,
