As a Volunteer Leader, you’re committed to our mission of connecting more people to community service. You’re a strong communicator who enjoys building authentic relationships with others. And you're committed to high-touch customer service.

Eligibility
>To be considered for the Volunteer Leader program, we ask that you volunteer at least 30 hours with Besa in the last 6 months.
>Volunteer at 3 different Besa service projects.

Requirements
>Lead 1 project per month and attend 1 project per month
>Communicate to staff when you'll need to step away from leading due to work, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
>Attend and participate in team meetings (3-4x per year), team projects (3-4x per year), and Besa events.
>Agree to Besa's Volunteer Leader Agreement. (http://bit.ly/VLD_Besa)
