We are recruiting artists who identify as women and non-binary people of color (POC) who would like to be paired with an advanced-career theatre artist of color for a four month long mentorship. All levels of experience welcome to apply.
About the program:
For the second session of this mentorship program, The AGE Theatre Collective will provide a packet to mentors outlining a suggested structure of their four month long mentorship. From this structure, mentors will work with mentees to make the mentorship into something that serves the growth of both individual artists. Applications will be accepted now through August 31st, and you will be notified by September 10th if you have been accepted for this season of mentorship. *We hope to match all mentors and mentees who apply but in the event there is not a suitable pairing for you this season, we will reach out to suggest you re-apply in future seasons.*
