All cancellations must be made 5 days prior to camp
Please do not send your Teen to camp if he or she has had (or been in contact with) diarrhea, vomiting or any other contagious illness 42 hours (or less) prior to the start of camp. Please advise us that he or she will not be attending due to illness.
Last minute cancellation may incur full cost.
Campers Rules for Teens Camp
1. We encourage campers to participate fully in All the activities. Its more fun when everyone gets involved.  

2. Safety instructions given by camp staff must be listened to.

3. Please ensure all medication is handed in to the Camp Nurse at the beginning of camp.

4. MiCamp has a ZERO BULLYING tolerance. We don't want to have to send people home but it could happen if the bullying behavior continues.  

5. Keep your hands to yourself.

6. Campers must stay in your own cabin and with their cabin group..No boys in girls cabins and vice-versa. No swapping cabins please.

7. Camp is all about making new friends and getting out of your comfort zones.


8. Do not bring any of the following: alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, weapons or anything that can be used in a harmful or dangerous way or illegal or damaging material.


9. Campers are not allowed to leave site under any circumstance unless outlined in the program and supervised by leaders and staff members.

10.  Shoes must be worn in the kitchen at all times.

11. Camp duties must be done when needed as directed.

Parent or Caregiver's Information
- All information on this form is for MiCamp and is used for administration and emergency purposes.

-Bible Talks are conducted daily in the form of life application. The purpose of this is to show the relevance of the Bible to this modern day and apply practical Christianity to every day living. Your child may receive a Bible and follow-up cards.

-Campers are in the care of leaders at all times but are expected to abide by the camp rules. Unsatisfactory behaviour will not be tolerated at camp. We will not accept registrations for children who would constitute a danger to themselves or others.

-The manager retains the right to refuse registration and attendance at camp for any reason.

-If full disclosure is not given we will not accept responsibility for any issues that arise as a result.


Parent or Caregiver's Declaration

-I understand that if the camper listed requires significant medical assistance every effort will be made to contact me.
In the event that I cannot be contacted, I give permission for the Camp Staff to to act in the best interest of the camper listed and I agree to meet any expenses incurred. At the nurse's discretion, paracetamol may be administered for minor pain.

-I understand that cancellations must be made 5 working days prior to the camp to receive a full refund.

-I give permission for any photos or movies taken of the camper listed during this camp to be used for promotional purposes by MiCamp. If no please type NO next to your name.

-I also give permission for the camper listed to participate in offsite activities - transport may be by foot or vehicle with staff supervision.

 -I agree that the staff and leaders will be clear of liability in the event of any injury or loss which the camper listed may sustain to person or property.

-I also agree that MiCamp accepts no responsibility for accidents or situations arising from the improper use of camp equipment by the camper listed from failure to follow staff instructions.

-I confirm that this form is complete and full information is given regarding the child listed.
