Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent communication and problem solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction. Customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Communicating via email and live chat•Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.•Providing assistance to customers via troubleshooting.•Ability to navigate through multiple customer inquiries with speed and accuracy.

• Strong word processing and computer skills• Mental flexibility• Steady, patient and consistent in approach to tasks and duties• Well organized• Experience in a fast paced environment• Zendesk experience is a plusRequirements• Orange County/Los Angeles Based• Must be able to come into office for training for a minimum of 2 weeks (Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST)• Must be fluent in English• Must be available to work Monday- Friday 5 pm - 9 PM PST , or Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST(Since these times are off-hours, you can handle the work remotely via your computer.)• Minimum one year of technical support experience
