In the past few years, several countries have cut internet or mobile services to prevent cheating during national exams. This has, however, had negative a negative impact on the economy,  entrepreneurship, access to emergency services, etc. This survey aims to collect experiences and information from people across the MENA region in order for us to be able to advocate preemptively against this kind of disruptions in 2018. تقطع العديد من الدول الإنترنت خلال الامتحانات الوطنية، بهدف منع الغش. ولهذا القطع آثار سلبية عديدة على الاقتصاد والأعمال والطوارئ وغير ذلك. تهدف هذه الاستمارة لجمع المعلومات والتجارب من أناس في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا بغية مساعدتنا في مناهضة هذا النوع من القطع قبل حدوثه.
