FORUM FESTIVITIES 2023 REGISTRATION
Forum Festivities will take place on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 12:00-5:00pm at Kawai Piano Gallery, 5800 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77057.  Registration for this event must be completed no later than midnight on Friday, March 10th, 2023.

Please register your students using the questionnaire below. You must enter information for each student individually.

When listing student's repertoire please use the following format:  Title of piece (Composer last name in  parentheses) Timing. A proper entry would look like this:

            Sonata, Op. 2., No. 1, I. Allegro (Beethoven) 3:30

Please be sure to list two different preferred performance times. Please note that actual times are not confirmed until the final schedule is published by the event coordinator.
