MULS Competitions S1 2018- Judges EOI
Thank you for registering your interest in adjudicating this semester's competitions including: Junior Client Interview, Witness Examination, Tort Law Moot*, Paper Presentation, Novice Moot and Foundations of Law Moot.

*This year MULS have reformed and expanded the competitions portfolio to include subject-based moots in contract, tort and criminal law.

In 2018, we expect to accommodate almost 500 students throughout all of our competitions.

It is the ongoing support and enthusiastic involvement from alumni, academics, practitioners and student judges that ensures successful competitions and fostering of student development. Negotiations- Working in teams of two, students must negotiate a settlement that satisfies the needs of both their client and the client of the opposing team. Each round will run for approximately 40 minutes.

Senior Client Interview- The competition involves two students pairing up to simulate a prospective client's first interview with their lawyer. Each round will run for approximately 60 minutes.

Championship Moot- This competition is aimed at students who have demonstrated success in mooting and are looking for a challenging mooting competition to participate in. Each round will run for approximately 90 minutes.
