Please complete the form below to register an athlete for the Amateur Athletic program. This program is designed to maximize fitness and competition preparation as well as individual and position-specific skills. A primary goal of our amateur athletic program is to optimize the “engine” of skills and performance. From training to competition, the stages of our program are building blocks from the four levels of development in the USA Basketball Player Development Curriculum, and includes team-oriented practices and other competition-specific preparations.

What is CORE MISSISSIPPI ATHLETICS?

CORE MISSISSIPPI ATHLETICS is a youth sports organization based in Vicksburg, Mississippi. C.O.R.E. Magic AAU Basketball Program is a certified amateur athletic basketball club that aims to provide student athletes with opportunities to develop advance basketball skills. We take pride in offering a more comprehensive development model that includes basketball training and competition, community/fan engagement, mentoring, collegiate athletics preparation and much more. We have been a staple in youth sports since 2014. With your support, we will continue to develop young minds and bodies through sports. Our program is more than sports. “C.O.R.E.” is an acronym for Community Organized and Reaching for Excellence. We encourage our youth to strive for excellence, to value their communities, and to work at becoming productive citizens in our society.
