Our month will include:

➿Total live time commitment: 75 minutes during our one-on-one call

➿Total digital information: approximately 60 minutes

➿ Self study time: depends on you and your ability – but once you purchase you’ll have access to a private webpage for as long as you need!

I am here for you. I welcome you to email me during the weeks that we aren't having our live phone calls on your progress and musings and questions. Please limit your email to one per week.

❍ Scheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching call you must tell me within 24 hours or else I can’t guarantee a prompt reschedule. Your time will be reschedule as early as possible. (Emergencies will be considered!).

If I need to reschedule a coaching call,  I will give you 24 hours of notice. If there is an emergency, I will reschedule as soon as it works for us both.

Lastly, Soul Cycle Sessions are non-refundable as soon as they begin with your first introduction and informational emails. I guarantee you will benefit immensely from this moment of agreement.
