After you complete this pre-order request, we'll email you within 1 business day (Mon–Fri) to go over amounts, details, and availability. Next we'll email an invoice and your order will be confirmed when paid.

We don't offer pickup during the lunch rush (11–2). Deliveries are scheduled between 11:15–11:45 and 2:45–5:45 (3:45 is the latest on Sundays).

We use a courier service for delivery; their fee is based on your location, usually $25–$30.

Meat sold by the pound. We'll size the portions for you based on your guest count. We suggest choosing 3–4 meats so there's enough to go around without needing to order extra.
