Continuation Referral Form

The Opportunity Network's Continuation Programs are school programs that focus on supporting students who are struggling either academically or socially in traditional schools and needing a smaller structured school setting setting.  They prepare students for successful transition into high school, or graduation and postsecondary success.

Key components of the program involve academic acceleration in Reading and Mathematics, personalized educational plans, credit recovery, social-emotional development, student leadership training, supportive services connection, and career exploration and exposure.

We have four (4) sites:

  • Excel Middle Years Academy (gr. 6-8): 4300 Westminster Ave., 19104
  • Philadelphia Continuation Academy (gr. 9-12): 100 E Duncannon St., 19120 [Citywide admission]
  • Stetson Continuation Academy (gr. 5-8): 3200 B St., 19134 [only for current Stetson students]
  • Olney HS Continuation Academy (gr. 9-12): 100 E Duncannon St. Annex, 19120 [only for current Olney HS students.]
