I understand the standard Market Vendor fee is $125 for a 10×10 space unless a different category or arrangement is approved in writing.

I understand vendors retain 100% of their direct sales and are responsible for their own point-of-sale systems, taxes, permits, and applicable insurance.

I understand selected vendors must follow the Vendor Handbook, site assignment, load-in and load-out schedule, safety requirements, and public operating hours.

I understand all displays, tents, merchandise, and equipment must be secured and that I am responsible for my own property.
