You want your name spelled right on your diploma? We want your name spelled right on your diploma.

Complete this form by Wednesday, January 31st with the proper spelling of your name.

Most folks have their middle names on their diplomas (if they have one) and some of those are not listed fully in PowerSchool so be sure to add your middle name. Include Lineage as well only if it is part of your name on your birth certificate (for example, if you are a Jr., Sr., II, III, etc. – there is a drop-down menu for this). Be attentive to capitalization and accents and email Ms. Terry (esterry@henrico.k12.va.us) to explain if you have a special characterization that the google reply does not allow. Please put 𝐃𝐈𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐌𝐀 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄 in the subject line of the email, but still complete the google response.

Please attend to this request with a detailed eye (and 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 get your parents to verify). The first diploma we order is covered. If we spell your name wrong, it’s free for you to replace. If 𝐘𝐎𝐔 spell your name wrong, there is a cost for replacement. If you do not complete this form, replacement cost is your responsibility. Thank you for your help with getting your 𝐃𝐈𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐌𝐀 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄 correct.
