The California PPE Project: Sign up to donate medical supplies to CA healthcare centers
We are connecting donors of personal protective equipment and medical supplies (e.g. masks, gowns, gloves, hand sanitizer) with physician practices in need. These materials protect physicians and other healthcare providers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please fill out the form below, and we'll get back in touch to share information on the best way to donate your supplies to a California healthcare center in need.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) Please don't go to hospitals to drop off supplies. We will follow up with you and provide information on the best way to get the supplies where it needs to go -- usually that is shipping or drop off.

2) Unopened supplies are strongly preferred, but not necessarily essential.

MOST NEEDED SUPPLIES INCLUDES:

-n95 respirator masks
-surgical masks
-hand sanitizer
-latex and non-latex gloves
-face shields
-ventilators

Thank you for donating. Every donation counts -- whether it be one box of gloves, one mask, or hundreds. When filling out the form, please enter zero for any of the supply fields that do not apply.
