2025 KLIM SWIM AIS Swimmer Registration    Term 1
Dear Parents,

Klim Swim Is very excited to be able to offer an Australian Standard and certified Swim School to AIS and its students. Klim Swim was Established by Australian and Ex-Olympian Michael and his family in 1997. Klim Swim is a technical and skill focused swimming school.

In Learn To Swim We work on developing your child’s stroke technique and ability whilst focussing heavily on important water safety skills. Along with our small class sizes, we believe this is our point of difference from other swim schools. Our expert instructors create a safe, fun and comfortable environment to learn essential water safety skills and build confidence in the water.

Our Pre-Squad is the first step to prepare students for competitive team swimming. This pre-squad is designed to continue swimmer development on all four strokes to a proficient level. Key swimming etiquette such as competitive turns, pace clock usage and lane swimming is introduced.

* Please note the following:

 1. Your chosen times are not guaranteed and will depend on student numbers and registrations. 
 2. KLIM swim has a No Refund policy as we hire coaches based on the number of  swimmers &  program schedule.
 3.  For younger swimmers  (Primary students), a parent/carer is responsible for the child before and after the sessions.
4. Students need to be picked up promptly at the conclusion of swimming sessions.

Liability Release  
 I hereby fully release and discharge Australian Independent School (AIS) and KLIM Swim, its coaches, its employees, officers, School Boards, any  organisers, any parent volunteer and all other related parties or other official representatives   (collectively "The Released Parties"), unconditionally from all liabilities whatsoever arising from my child's/ward's participation in the above mentioned Swim Squad, including any and all incidental activities related to it. I hereby indemnify and hold *The Released Parties harmless from any suit, claim or damage, including all monetary damages, medical expenses, attorney's fees, and any all other claims which may arise as a result of any in jury or accident occurring as a result of my child's/ward's participation. In the event of an accident or injury, I understand that the AIS & KLIM swim coaches and organisers will make all reasonable efforts to immediately inform me. I will be responsible for providing updated contact information to the Swim Squad organisers. In case of emergency and I can't be contacted, I authorise any representative of the AIS & KLIM swim to act on my behalf to obtain medical care on behalf of my child/ward. I agree to pay all costs and expenses of any such medical treatment and will promptly reimburse the Swim Squad organisers for all related incurred costs, without exception and upon demand.
