You will need:

1. a Holiday Visa for Sri Lanka (30 days, single entry).

Your visa begins the date it is granted so apply online within 30 days of your departure date from Sri Lanka.

2. at least six months validity on your passport (from 21st Sept, 2024)

3. at least two blank pages on your passport.

Accomodation

Accomodation is twin share. If you are sharing but don't have a roommate, we can let you know if others are in a similar situation. However, we can't guarantee that you will have a roommate.

Payment and Confirmation

The pilgrimage cost is $3900 AUD per person, twin share. (A $750 AUD single room supplement is available upon request).

A non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD is required upon completion of this booking form.

Note: Your confirmed place on the 5MB Pilgrimage Tour is subject to signing our waiver and risk agreement, as well as provision of your full travel insurance details.

Upon confirmation of your booking an invoice and request for full travel insurance details will be emailed to you, payment of the balance and travel insurance details are required within 14 days of the date of your invoice.

If full payment has not been received within 14 days of your invoice we will contact you to confirm your attendance. If we cannot reach you within seven (7) days and confirm payment, your place will be offered to our waiting list.

Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable except where booking is declined for any reason, for example if the tour is over-subscribed.

Once full payment is made, the cancellation fee is 50% of monies paid (excluding deposit) – this is for the period up to 30 days prior to departure. Thereafter, no refund is available, including 'no shows'.

If we cancel the Pilgrimage before departure for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund of the cost paid, minus an administrative fee of $80 AUD.

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred in your preparation.

Travel to Sri Lanka

The tour cost covers the period from commencement at 10 am on 12th September 2024 at the National Museum Colombo (full details will be emailed to you), until 21st September, 2024 when the tour concludes in Colombo, (time of conclusion will be advised).

Travel to and from Sri Lanka, to the start and from the conclusion of the tour, along with costs including visas, airport fees, local taxis and accommodation outside the dates of the tour are your responsibility.
