Convention Dates: March 28–29, 2026

  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Locations: GA Sports Hall of Fame Museum (301 Cherry St., Macon, GA 31201) & Tubman Museum
Submission Deadline: December 28, 2025

Review Process:
Submissions will be reviewed by the CBF Isekai programming team. Acceptance emails will be sent in two phases:

  • First round: November 2025
  • Final round: Early February 2026

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred day/time, but final scheduling is at the discretion of the convention.
