EntEE - Questionnaire Labour Market, Latvia
Project "Entee - Entrepreneurship Education in Europe" is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme and aims to
promote the exchange of good practices among the participating organizations in relation to entrepreneurship education among young people. It aims also to offer young people the opportunity to promote and enhance the basic skills,
personal, social, organizational and linguistic competences that influence the motivation to learn and to become actively involved in civil society.
The 8 key competences defined by the European Union that are the knowledge, skills and attitudes that people need for
personal development, active citizenship and employability. Some of them as adaptability, flexibility, capacity for initiative, ability to work in a team, creative thinking and the ability to solve problems are part of an "entrepreneurial spirit", playing a fundamental role in the employability of young people.
We are carrying out a field research to know more about competences and abilities required from the Labour Market.

The Questionnaire is anonymous, it is made by 20 multiple-choice questions and it takes up to 5 minutes to complete.
