My Ditch Your Diet coaching program is for you if you are sick and tired of dieting and feeling insecure in your body.
You know that diets and restriction aren't the answer, but feel lost about what steps to take next. Deciding what and how to eat really stresses you out.
After completing the Ditch Your Diet program, you will be feel confident in knowing how to eat to nourish yourself without fear or guilt, improve your body acceptance, and DITCH YOUR DIET for GOOD!
I value your mental and physical well-being, so I will never prescribe any kind of restrictive diet. My goal is to teach you how to have a healthy and balanced relationship with food and your body.
