This is to request a registration code for either a student or parent Pupilpath Account. This is also necessary for students who need to reset their passwords. To reset the password for a student Pupilpath account, they must re-register their account. Note: When you request registration codes, you will automatically be sent both the codes for parent and student accounts.

When you get your Pupilpath registration code, go to www.Pupilpath.com (DO NOT USE THE APP TO REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT - IT DOESN'T WORK!) Under the Sign In Button there are links to the Parent Registration Page and the Student Registration Page. For Pupilpath, the student account username is always the OSIS # and you will get to set your own password. In addition, when you create your account, you need to link your Pupilpath account to an email address of your choice.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
