2. Agreement to Deal Electronically; Electronic Communications and Notices
All of your transactions with or through the BGIES website may, at our option, be conducted electronically from start to finish. If we decide to proceed non-electronically, those services will still be governed by the remainder of these Terms unless you enter into different terms on a form provided by us. If the law allows you to withdraw such consent or if we are ever required to deal with you non-electronically, we reserve the right to charge or increase fees and you agree to print or make an electronic copy of the Terms and any other contract or disclosure that we are required to provide to you.

You understand that you may refuse to conduct other electronic transactions in the future. Your transaction, if applicable, is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and conditions, which are agreed upon when you proceed with your transaction. This agreement is entered into on the date of payment acceptance. This agreement supersedes any agreement, in regards to these matters, with your Property Management Company, or the owner of the merchant account to which you are submitting an electronic payment. By making your payment by cash tender, PayPal or Bank Transfer and providing to the third party company who handles the information needed to process your checking, savings account or credit card account, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions contained herein.
a) In order to ensure the efficiency of all products the number of buyers is limited unless other wise specified by individual seller of a product as set forth in the PayPal purchase order description box. All registrations will be considered in the order of date of purchase with the PayPal payment confirmation number representing the buyer's registration confirmation on corresponding invoices sent to both parties by PayPal. In cases where buyers opt to use available alternative tender methods such as Bank-transfer or cash, a registration number will be assigned. Please arrange the purchase of any products prior to the cut off listed in the purchase order of any product. Only payments received prior to a product's cut off date can be considered and entitle to participation unless other arrangements have been accepted by the individual seller.All buyers will receive receipts of purchase.
b) The seller will set the currency via PayPal and PayPal will handle all exchanges of currency and their value rates at the time of the purchase transaction.
c) Participation fees DO INCLUDE the applicable individual European Union member state value added tax (VAT), Italian; 4 % Rivalsa INPS- euro 2,00 per l'imposta di bollo unless otherwise specified. Note: value added tax and any or all business transaction taxation is subject to change from year to year and from member state to member state.
4.Bank account transfer/Cash/other Tenders
Payments for products via PayPal can be made with all major credit cards or debit cards and applicable digital assets wallets. If a buyer seeks to use another form of tender for products such as cash or bank transfer if tendering instructions are not provided in a product's offering buyer will need to contact the seller directly to complete the product purchase.
5. Payment or Registration for Products
All payment or registration fees must be fully paid prior to receiving any BGIES products. Payments are only accepted in EUR and can be made by credit card (PayPal) or by bank transfer. Any bank charges or currency exchange will have to be paid by the participant in the event of a refund. Checks will not be accepted. Only after the full payment has been received within the respective product purchase or registration period, the placement and products for the desired registration fee or product will become valid. Otherwise, the BGIES will change the registration fee according to the full price payment deadlines and send a new invoice. If the seminar fees have not been paid before the beginning of the seminar, the BGIES cannot allow the participant to access the virtual
platform or the seminar venue.
Cancellations will be accepted in principle only in writing a request to directly to the seller or to BGIES via firstname.lastname@example.org
the reimbursement of funds via PayPal minus the purchase handling fees. The return confirmation number provided by PayPal will serve as the legal validity of BGIES return confirmation. In the case that alternative tenders are used, the Bank-transfer transaction number will serve as legal validity of BGIES return confirmation. Cash refunds are not available. In the case of a cash payment for a product for which a refund is to be performed the return of funds will require that the buyer provides a valid bank account so that a bank- transfer can be used to process the transaction. Cancellations by the buyer's part, which - unless the purchase order states otherwise - must arrive via email in writing not later than 14 calendar days prior to the beginning of purchased products agenda date, to be eligible for exemption in whole from the payment of the product fee. In case of cancellations or re-bookings by your part, which arrives to BGIES less than 14 days prior to the beginning of product's agenda date purchased through BGIEUS's website, €250,00 of the product's fee will be charged. In case of short term cancellation (less than 3 working days before beginning of product agenda date) or in case of non attendance without cause the complete product fee will be charged.
Re-booking for a similar seminar within the same year is possible free of any additional charge. We do not allow or accept transfer of attendee participants registration free to third parties.

You will be charged the full market value price not any special offer price BGI® online.™ or any Web-Based Training Courses available for sale at BGI® online.™ if you do not cancel or request to reschedule your enrollment at least 3 calendar days after the online purchase/start date. In order to cancel your online seminar enrollment at any time within the three calendar days following your purchase of a BGI® online.™ course or you can request from BGI® online.™ to rescheduled enrollment date without charge. Cancellations must be notified in writing to email@example.com
. Substitution or transfer of course for participants may be made free of charge at any time three days after registration or commencement by notifying BGI® online.™ Administrator of such in the subject line of an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
BGI® online.™ reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees without notice. BGI® online.™ assumes no responsibility for other expenses incurred due to course transfer or cancellations.
7.Withdrawal from a product contract
BGIES and its sellers reserves the right to exclude buyers from the
registration without stating reasons.
8 Wait List Option
UNDERSTANDING THE WAIT LIST OPTION
You may be unable to enroll in a course because it has reached maximum capacity. In this case, BGIES has the option of activating a wait list for seminars to allow attendees the opportunity to request a place at any seminar
reserved should space become available.
Remember: To use the wait list option, a wait list must first be activated by BGIES offering the seminar. Concerns regarding wait list activation must be directed to BGIES Back Office via email: email@example.com
Attendees have the option of being placed on a seminar wait list if these three items are all true:
The wait list option is activated for any seminar by BGIES.
You meet the conditions of enrollment for the seminar(e.g., prerequisites).
The initiated seminars wait list is not full.
There is no guarantee that space will become available in a BGIES seminar that is full.
Attendees are responsible for your BGIES enrollment, including any wait listed seminars you no longer want to enroll in.
The Product/eProduct(s), eManual(s), eNote(s) and eBook(s),Video(s), Podcast(s) or any source of social media posting or any corresponding forms of information pertaining to the product, are basically inclusive in the product purchase fees unless otherwise specified in the product description. Purchase of any product consents agreement to BGIES TERMS and Conditions. 10. Use of eProducts and eServices
(a) Customer shall use Products and Services only for their intended non commercial purposes and in accordance with all instructions contained in the terms & conditions guidelines, warranty terms and any other terms and conditions applicable to such Products and Services or provided by any personnel of BGIES, deployed or subcontracted by BGIES in the performance of an Agreement (“Personnel”). Customers shall maintain the construct and conditions created and supplied and/or used by BGIES in the performance of Services for personal use only.
(b) Customer shall provide BGIES with alerts or error messages and support BGIES in communicating promptly such messages via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
(c) Customer shall not perform (or permit) any activity links, passwords, screenshot, filming of content and/or any replication purpose as a means to distribute content to 3rd parties for fees or free of cost any of BGIES Product and Services, except normal use in accordance with the specifications or otherwise with the prior approval by BGIES. In the event of any unauthorized actions, BGIES may suspend access to Products and Services until any breach is by either customer or BGIES are restored to its original compliant state. Customer on the basis of a Variation, and until confirmed any warranty obligations of BGIES with respect to such Services will be null and void. Any changes to content owned by BGIES (or its licencors) will be exclusively owned by BGIES (or its licencors), even if such changes have been performed by or for Customer.
(d) Unless expressly included in Services, for any Services requiring connection to a system from a remote location, Customer shall at its own expense and risk establish external system access for service staff of BGIES (or its subcontractors). Customer shall make available technically competent devices as and when required to support BGIES the use of products and, where applicable, Customer authorizes BGIES to make OS protocols for Customer's OS infrastructure to connect to and share data with specified systems and/or services to perform Services.
(e) BGIES shall not be responsible for the failure of any of its Products or Services to provide the expected performance, benefits, effects or outcome arising from: (i) Customer’s failure to comply with the terms under the Agreement; (ii) failures or fluctuations of electric power; (iii) sunset/shutdown of connectivity and communication technologies; (iv) Force Majeure and other unusual external influences; or (v) Variations.
The exact locations where products are offered will be posted both on the website and in the description of the purchase order. Location owners have no business affiliation with BGIES or the seller. Buyer's cost of accommodations for travel, lodging, meals and or any additional services are not included in the participation fee unless otherwise specified by the seller in the purchase order.
12.Certificate of participation
Participants who purchase products will receive a certificate of participation and completion if they have attended 75% of the product agenda and completed any competence tests presented by the seller.
13.Changes in Products agenda schedule
All products require a sufficient number of buyers registered to participate. The Product's ad on the website will state both a minimum and maximum amount of buyers required. BGIES and sellers of products reserve the right to make changes to the product's agenda schedule including but not limited to: starting-times, dates, location when necessary consolidations of product locations as to meet minimum attendance. Force Majeure and other unusual external influences; or variations or possible cancellations with rescheduling at the same or different location at a to be determined time in the near future. The buyer will be notified in a timely and in a suitable manner. Claims against BGIES may not be derived therefrom since it is not the seller of any products.
14.Certification of Attendance for Products and eProducts
Each product or eProduct allows for hours of continuing professional development (CPD) in the field of Chiropractic. Upon completion of a product or eProduct the course module attendee has to compete tests and a certification of attendance per the specific module paid, attended and test(completed will be produced and emailed to each participant in a PNG format). The amount of CPD credits are calculated and posted with each product or eProduct payment box prior to registry. Note: eProducts allow for CPD credits only and do not provide a certificate of completion as to meet prerequisite conditions to advance to the next foundation geometry. Attendees must register and complete an "inPerson", seminar in order to qualify for certification of attendance and hands on instruction with BGI Europe Seminars Steward or Liaison. Attendees have fourteen 14 days after the "inPerson" product's scheduled seminar and or as part of a eProduct module end date to complete the test so as to qualify for a certificate along with a RICEVUTA SALUTE (receipt). Any time thereafter request for a certificate of attendance will have a twenty (20) Euro administrative fee is due prior to a certificate being emailed. In the case of loss or replacement requests for attendee certificates a twenty (20) Euro administrative fee is due prior to a new certificate being made and emailed.
15.Cancellation of Products and eProducts
a) If a seller should have to cancel their products/eProducts offering for important reasons, acts of God, or other incidences beyond the seller's control a full refund minus PayPal handling fees to registered buyer's purchase fees takes place. Further claims do not exist.
b) In case of a either product or eProduct cancellation due to illness of the lecturer, insufficient number of
participants, as well as other events for which we are not responsible or force majeure, there shall be no claim to having the product agenda schedule take place. We assume no liability for other immediate damages and costs such as loss of income, travel expenses, consequential and pecuniary damages of any kind.
