Vendor Spaces will not be held without payment in full unless alternative payment agreement in place.
It is very important to get your vendor fee payment in asap as there are many moving parts and financial obligations that have to be prepaid in advance for the venue, insurance, advertising etc to make each event a success.

When you have been accepted into our fair you will receive an email with an acceptance letter and instruction to pay.
Payment is due immediately to secure space.
Our events are safe spaces, inclusive to all where we treat one another with equality, politeness, and respect at all times.
If we are subjected to or witness discrimination, bullying or harassment it will not be tolerated and persons will be removed from our event.
This is a supportive, non threatening, collaborative environment where all participants can feel comfortable to express themselves without fear.

We will provide posters and flyers to vendors to promote our upcoming events
Unloading and set up from the back parking lot doors Set up Friday October 2nd 3:00pm-8:00pm
Vendors responsibilities: promote the event on your social media etc, bring your own tablecloth, keep spaces clean, garbage in the garbage cans, recyclables in the blue bins, be mindful of your vendor neighbors space, do not drag tables or chairs as we do not want to scratch the floors, bring a cash float, there are no ATM machines at the Da Vinci Centre, the closest machine is next door at the Spinnakers liquor store at the Westside Village. We highly recommend signing up for tap to accept debit and credit, we see so many missing out on sales due to not accepting tap, we can provide a referral link to you if interested.
Vendors will be provided wristbands on set up day to be worn at all times.
Vendors please be at your space and unpacked and ready by 9:00am on Saturday the doors open 9:00am.
Vendors are not to start packing up until after the show ends at 4:00 pm on Saturday, Fair pack up must be done quickly as we will be also setting up for the concert. Thank you!
Only Vendors and helpers are allowed in the venue during setup.

By signing this agreement, you agree to adhere to all rules and regulations as set forth by Island Vintage Events and agree to assume full responsibility for any damages, personal injuries, or losses that I may sustain, suffer or incur while in attendance at the venue. I am responsible for all the helpers, employees, and materials that I bring with me. I will not invite buyers into the venue during set up.VI Vancouver Island Vintage Events, Island Vintage Events , The organizers of the venue as well as the Da Vinci Centre and the City of Victoria will not be found responsible for any problems that arise. I also am aware that my table fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
