Media RSVP for the Inauguration of Delaware Governor-elect Matthew Meyer

Governor-elect Meyer invites all Delawareans to join him as he takes the oath of office and celebrates the state's new era. Highlights on this day in Dover include the official swearing-in ceremony on Legislative Mall at 9:30 a.m. and a community reception in the Governor's Office at 11:00 a.m. The tent for the outdoor swearing-in ceremony will open for entry as early as 8:30 a.m.

Inaugural Events Accessibility: Tickets for the swearing-in ceremony are non-transferable, and your ID must match the name on the tickets. The QR code on your digital or printed ticket will be scanned upon entry. There are no in-and-out privileges, and seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. While there will be heaters in the tent, please be sure to dress warmly.

Tickets are not required for the community reception in the Governor's Office in Legislative Hall immediately following the outdoor swearing-in ceremony.
