  • Membership in good standing with AREAA San Francisco Peninsula Chapter.
  • Currently active in a business capacity in the real estate and real estate-related industry.
  • Experienced and currently active in the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) business community.
  • Demonstrated a serious commitment to the well-being of the AREAA San Francisco Peninsula Chapter.
  • The term for a Board of Director position is a two-year commitment. Board Members may be re-elected for up to three terms.
