Thank you for your interest in Soldier's Best Friend. Each year, we receive requests from companies, organizations and individuals that wish to hold an event, promotion, or fundraisers to benefit our agency. We are grateful for these types of activities, as they help to provide support for our veterans and their families we serve.
We request permission from our Executive Director before agreeing to participate in any fundraising or special events, therefore we must review each proposal received.

We ask that these guidelines be followed:
1. The use of Soldier's Best Friend's Name or Logo may not be reproduced without prior written permission. The logo may only be used for the event specified.
2. Only with prior written permission may Soldier's Best Friend's name, logo and/or letterhead be used by an individual, company or organization to solicit prizes, sponsorship, underwriting or cash donations from another organization in order to support the event or fundraiser.
3. Please submit event proposals at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
4. With prior written permission an individual, company or organization may offer, on behalf of Soldier's Best Friend, free tickets, advertising or listings in event programs in exchange for cash donations, sponsorships, or underwriting.
5. Soldier's Best Friend is responsible for communicating the tax-deductible amount of donations to donors.
6. Soldier's Best Friend cannot guarantee media coverage (television, radio, print, etc.). Your company or organization may contact the media about your event or activity, but any publication materials must be approved by Soldier’s Best Friend prior to publishing.
7. Soldier's Best Friend will not be liable for any costs associated with your event (i.e. Rentals, Printing, Security, Licensing, Taxes, Advertising, Staffing, etc.) unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. Soldier's Best Friend is not responsible for providing liability insurance for your event. Event organizers indemnify and hold harmless our agency from liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from the event or fundraiser.
9. Soldier's Best Friend reserves the right to approve or decline the participation of any companies or organizations that will serve as an event sponsor, underwriter, or is affiliated with the event. Our agency will not participate in events that are associated with manufacturers or distributors of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, medical marijuana, or firearms.
10. Soldier's Best Friend reserves the right to protect the confidentiality of its clients and/or staff members who may be involved with the event or fundraiser.
11. Photos, videos, testimonials or other media owned by Soldier's Best Friend may only be used with prior written permission by an authorized agency representative. If permission is granted, such media must be credited to our agency.
