This 3  hour signature Cape Doula workshop is designed to get you and your partner confident and able to handle your hospital birth like a pro.  This intensive class is aimed at couples in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.  We will contact you to make payment to secure your seat.

  1. Classes are R650 per couple including refreshments. 
  2. I need a minimum of 5 couples to host a class. 
  3. Meet other couples who are also experiencing similar milestones.
  4. Content includes concepts of partner preparation, orgasmic birth ,  advocacy, tools in managing fear and anxiety, reframing birth and physiology of birth, pain management in the hospital, learning the jargon so you dont feel dumb.
  5. Deliverable : Your Own Birth Plan and a Fridge Printout of all the above
